Shichimi Togarashi is also called and often labelled Nanami Togarashi as both 'shichimi' and ' nanami' relate to the number seven in Japanese and this spice is a Japanese seven spice blend made from assorted chilli pepper and spices. It adds great flavour to many dishes including soups and noodles.

Ingredients: chilli pepper, orange peel, black sesame seed, white sesame seed, japanese pepper, ginger, seaweed.
