Green Masala Curry Paste

Combining the flavours of coriander, cumin & turmeric this is ideal for grilled fish and seafood.
Recipe: serves 2 people.
Place 4 cod steaks on 4 pieces of foil 20cm x 20cm. Mix 2 tbsp simtom green masala with 1 tbsp lime juice, coat each cod steak with the mixture. Sprinkle half tbsp fresh chopped coriander on each steak,. Wrap the fish in the foil and steam for 15-20mins. Garnish with tomato and lime. Serve with rice and a selection of simtom pickles and chutneys.
