Sushi Rice
Sushi Rice is a great short grain rice, perfect for sushi and all japanese cooking
To prepare: first wash rice. Then add 1.5 cups of water to 1 cup of rice. Soak for 30mins. Bring to boil. Cover and simmer for 30 mins. Remove from heat. Season as required and stand for 20mins.
