Tex's Hot & Spicy Original Fried Chicken Coating gives an aromatic, unique, and delicious hot & spicy flavour with the real tropical taste.

Simply coat, fry and serve. 

Ingredients:Wheatflour, Salt, Flavour Enhancer E621, Black Pepper, Sage,
Celery Seed, White Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, Garlic Powder, Nutmeg, Onion Powder, Rusk, Raising Agents E431, 500

Tickle your pallet with this blend! Fiery! Hot & Spicy! Usage similar to the Original Fried chicken coating.

Directions: Wash chicken portions and dip into either whisked egg or milk (optional).  Put some of the coating into a bowl or polythene bag.  Place chicken portions into the coating ensuring the chicken portions are completely coated.  Place coated chicken into a frying basket and deep fry for 12-15 minutes or until cooked or oven bake at 190oC/Gas Mark 5 turning over until cooked.
