Thai Macaroon Flour Mix

Great tasting, easy to prepare thai style macaroons.
Recipe:
1] Empty contents of this packet in a bowl. Add 8 tbsp water and 8 tbsp sugar. Mix well.
there are now 2 ways to cook your macaroons - fry or bake.
2] Frying: Grease your moulds [or pastry shape cutters] with vegetable oil. Place oil in your pan and place moulds carefully in oil. Heat pan on low/medium heat. Spoon mixture into the moulds and fry gently till firm or browning. Carefully remove the moulds and fry the other side. Ensure cooked through. Important: use moulds/pastry cutters that are suitable for frying [high heat] plastic ones would not be suitable.
3] Bake: Grease a baking tray, fill three quaters of the tray with mixture. Bake in oven at 180c for 12-15 mins or until well done. Let it cool, remove from tray and cut into shapes as desired.
