300g. Sev is a great Indian snack. Thin yellowy strands of noodle like Sev are found in mixes like bombay mix, bhel puri, sev puri and many more Indian snacks. Use as a crispy topping on many indian dishes in a similar way to fried onions is used as a topping. This adds texture and a delicate nutty salty taste or great on its own.
