Cook by barbequing, oven or grilling, prepare authentic dry Tikka dishes like Chicken Tikka at home.

Empty Tikka marinade mix into bowl & add 2 tbsp of oil. Add 1 kg of boneless cubed ingredients of your choice & mix well. Adjust salt and cover. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Thread onto skewers & bake until cooked, turning pieces occasionally. Grill for 1-2 mins & serve with fresh salad. Ensure fully cooked before serving.
