U Cook™ Bhuna Curry Kit (Easy to Cook Bhuna)

Bhuna is a classic curry traditionally fairly dry, with curry leaves.

Empty Bhuna Curry Pack in pan with 400ml water & stir well. Simmer for 5 mins. Add 1 kg of ingredients of your choice (e.g chicken, lamb etc) & stir in. Cover & simmer until cooked. Salt to taste. Bhuna is traditionally a dry curry; adjust consistency with a little water if required. Gently simmer uncovered for 5mins. Ensure Bhuna is fully cooked before serving.
