U Cook™ Dopiaza Curry Kit (Easy to Cook Dopiaza)

Dopiaza is delicately spiced fairly dry curry, traditionally cooked with peppers.

Empty Dopiaza mix in pan with 500ml water & stir well. Simmer for 5 mins. Add 1 kg of ingredients of your choice (e.g chicken, lamb etc) & stir in. Cover & simmer until cooked. Add 1 small chopped onion, 1 small chopped red pepper to Dopiaza & salt to taste. Dopiaza is traditionally a dry curry; adjust consistency with a little water if required. Gently simmer uncovered for 5-10mins. Ensure Dopiaza is fully cooked before serving.
