U Cook™ Korma Curry Kit (Easy to Cook Kurma)

Korma is a traditional sweet coconut based Indian curry with a touch of whole spices.

Mild, add your own chilli to make it hotter as desired.

Empty Korma curry kit in pan with 500ml water & stir well. Add half block (approx 100g) of creamed coconut, simmer & stir occasionally until dissolved. Add 1 kg of ingredients of your choice (e.g chicken, lamb etc) & stir in. Cover & simmer until cooked. Add 2-3 tbsp of sugar & stir well. Adjust consistency of korma with a little water if required. Gently simmer uncovered for 5mins.
