U Cook™ Tikka Masala Curry Kit (Easy to Cook Tikka Masala)

Tikka Masala is a very popular curry with a rich, creamy coconut sauce, it is traditionally prepared to a mild-medium strength. Perfect for Chicken Tikka Masala.

Mild, add your own chilli to make it hotter as desired .

*"You will need Creamed Coconut for this Tikka Masala Kit. 

Empty Tikka Masala curry pack in pan with 500ml water & stir well. Add half block (approx 100g) of creamed coconut, simmer & stir occasionally until dissolved. Add 1 kg of ingredients of your choice (e.g chicken, lamb etc) & stir in. Cover & simmer until cooked. Add 2-3 tbsp of sugar to tikka masala & stir well. Adjust consistency with a little water if required. Gently simmer uncovered for 5mins. Ensure Tikka Masala is fully cooked before serving.
