Wasabi Powder

30g by S&B. Wasabi Powder japanese horseradish is traditionally used as a hot seasoning for sushi and other asian dishes for its distinctive flavour.

Directions: 1] put 5tsp wasabi powder into a small bowl, 2] add 3tsp water and mix to a firm paste, 3] Turn bowl upside down and wait 1min for max hotness.

Ingredients: horseradish, mustard, tapioca starch, wasabi.
