These Whole Hot Peppers are the caribbean favourite scotch bonnet. It can be used to give your Caribbean cooking the perfect heat and spice, with the distinctive scotch bonnet taste.

The scotch bonnet is one of the hottest chillies grown.  A colourful medley of red, yellow, orange and green, these small, irregular shape chillies can be eaten on their own or added as an accompaniment to spice up any meal.  Try these peppers diced on salads for something really special.  Beware this peppers are rated extra hot for good reason.
