Wide Udon Noodles

Organic, Oriental Wheat Noodles.
To prepare these silky smooth Japanese style noodles: bring to boil 2 litres of water, add noodles [one bundle per serving] and stir. Boil gently for 5-6 mins then rinse briefly under cold water.
Ingredients: sifted wheat flour, seasalt, Product of China.
