Gönen Baldo Rice (Gönen Baldo Pirinci) is a premium short-medium grain rice cultivated in the fertile, mineral-rich soils of the Gönen district, Turkey.

Widely considered the "King of Rice" in Turkish cuisine, it is naturally large and bright white, and has  exceptional ability to absorb flavours and liquids without becoming mushy or losing its shape.

Widely used across the Mediterranean and is perfect for Turkish Food.
