Rice Cooker Method:
- put 3 cups of rice into the rice basin.
- rinse rice once
- add 3.6 cups water [1.2 cup water for 1 cup rice]
- cover the lid and place basin back into rice cooker, cook and do not stir or remove lid during cooking
- when cooked fluff with a fork and serve
