Pure Sesame Oil

This darker coloured aromatic Sesame oil, is made from roasted sesame seeds and is a popular ingredient in oriental cooking.

Add to dishes while cooking to enhance flavour, try a few drops of this aromatic sesame oil in marinades, salad dressings, soups or stirfries. It can also be used as a dip for meats.

As the seeds have been cooked before being pressed, the sesame flavour is much more intense and is great as a condiment or seasoning. Add just before serving to give your dish a rich sesame flavour. 

Recipe: Sesame Noodles

• heat 1 tbsp cooking oil to wok and stirfry with 180g cooked egg noodles, spring onions, chopped vegetables and beansprouts for 1min.
• add 1/2 tbsp soy sauce and 1/2 tbsp sesame oil and stirfry well for 2-3 mins.
