A delicious versatile ingredient, ideal for salads and the accompaniment to tagine.

Instruction for use: combine 1 part of the couscous and 1 part of water with any flavouring such as stock. Bring to boil, when it comes to boil - turn off, cover and leave for 5 to 10 mins. Plump up the grains with a fork.
