Popcorn Maize (Popping Corn Kernels)

Popcorn or 'Popping Corn' is a type of maize which puffs up when it is heated in oil or by dry heat. 

Ingredients: Popcorn Kernels.

Microwave cooking Instructions:
Add 60g of popcorn in a microwave compatible container, place lid, put in the microwave oven and cook for 2-3mins. Remove from microwave oven and if preferred sprinkle with sugar, salt, melted butter or other seasoning whilst warm. Do not eat raw.
