Barbecue Marinade Mix [BBQ]

A special blend of Asian spices based on Mama Sitas famous recipe comes together for a spicier version - Philippine-style BBQ.

Recipe: makes 10 BBQ sticks.

• 1] in a bowl sprinkle 1 pouch bbq mix over meat.
• 2] mix well and marinate for at least 1 hr.
• 3] thread meat onto skewers and grill.
• 4] or panfry the marinated meat in little oil until done.

Ingredients: cane sugar, garlic powder, iodised salt [salt, iodine], colour caramel, black pepper.
