Butter Chicken Cooking Sauce

375g by East End. Serves 3-4.

Medium Rajasthani Style Butter Chicken Cooking Sauce. Rich and creamy, made with butter, aromatic spices and a hint of saffron.

To Prepare:

  • simply heat one tbsp of olive oil in a pan and add 500g diced chicken breast, frying until golden.
  • add sauce and simmer for 20 mins or until chicken cooked through.
  • alternatively try with prawns, mixed veg or meat.
  • serve with rice or naan bread.

Suitable for vegetarians.
