Cajun Seasoning can be used as a dry rub or mix 1 part seasoning with 2 parts of olive oil and marinade as a paste. Great cajun flavour.

Ingredients: salt, paprika, black pepper, thyme, garlic, turmeric, onion, oregano, chilli powder, red peppers, fennel, ginger, pimento.
