Dried Udon Noodles

300g by Chunsi.

Udon are thick wheat flour noodles. Easy to cook, enjoy with a cold or warm dipping sauce or as a stir-fry dish. Ideal for soups.

Cooking Instructions:

1. put noodles into boiling water.
2. cook for 5 mins till noodles has floated up.
3. put out the noodles to rinse and dry.
4. add in favourite seasoning as required.
