Coconut Flavouring Essence
Concentrated Coconut Culinary essence, The quantity of flavouring is a matter of choice, but as guidance use the following. Add cautiously for best results. Cakes upto 2 tsp per kg. Milk: shake upto3tsp per litre. Creams, fondants, icing etc upto 1 tsp per kilo.
Ingredients: propylene glycol, approved flavourings, water
This is the only coconut Extract I can find in London. And it works well in cake and ice cream recipes."
