Coconut Milk Powder makes instant coconut milk & cream, it is perfect for curries, cooking & baking.

• Thick Milk: mix 3 tbsp of powder to 150ml of warm water, stir well.
• Thin Milk: mix 1 tbsp of powder to 150ml of warm water, stir well.
• Note: always mix the powder with warm water.

Coconut milk powder can be added directly into cooking, stir continuously and allow to blend in.
