These crispy duck pancakes have a very short life - USE WITHIN 4 DAYS OF ORDER DESPATCH.
Use by date on product will be 4 days from despatch, only buy according to your requirements and choose EXPRESS Delivery to shorten transit times.

Cooking instructions: [guide only, adjust to own needs as necessary): 

• Steam: heat in steamer for 4 to 5 mins then serve.
• Microwave: cook on low heat for 30 secs.

The Asian Cookshop Tip: its a good idea to keep these covered once cooked [maybe with some foil], to keep them soft otherwise they can crisp like papadoms!

Duck Pancakes are manufactured frozen and will be received thawed ready to use. Refrigerate immediately on delivery and use before the use by date. We recommend you do not refreeze.
