Custard Powder (Vanilla)

300g by Weikfield.

To prepare custard:

1. take 1 pint milk.
2. separate a little milk and add 2 tbsp custard powder, make a fine paste.
3. add 3 tbsp sugar to remaining milk and stir.
4. boil sweetened milk.
5. while boiling add the fine paste slowly.
6. stir and cook for 2 mins
7. serve hot or cold.

Ingredients: maize starch (sulphur dioxide), edible common salt, vanilla flavour, colour tartrazine & sunset yellow.
