Since the Brexit transition ended we have had to suspend all Eu deliveries whilst we work on finding a streamlined solution for completing all the extra paperwork now required.
If your EU country is not currently available please email us at sales@theasiancookshop.co.uk with your order and we will look at delivery for you.
General Advice
- Orders over 27kg - At checkout, the maximum order weight we can ship is 27 kg. For orders over this please place your order but do not complete checkout. We will then email you our best quote for delivery. Your order will not be processed until we receive your confirmation.
- Schedule - Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday and we will try to despatch your order either the same working day or next working day. A daily cut-off normally applies at 11.30am, then despatch would be the following day.
- Timescales shown are approximate and couriers do not guarantee timescales on any service.
