Doenjang Korean Fermented Soybean Paste

Doenjang is a fermented soybean paste used extensively in Korean cooking and as a condiment/dip. Coarser and stronger in flavour than Japanese Miso, Doenjang is usually used along with 'Gochujang' a Korean fermented hot pepper paste and 'Gochugaru' a Korean pepper powder.
Ingredients: soy bean, water, wheat flour, salt, potassium sorbate as preservative (e202).
