Dried Wood Ear Mushrooms

These are known as 'wood ear' or 'black fungus' and used to add texture and crunch to dishes including stirfries & spring rolls.

Soak for about 20 mins in hot water before cooking to rehydrate. Then rinse well and use.

Ingredients: white back black fungus.
