2KG by Laila.Pudding rice is a short grained white rice perfectly suited for preparing a range of puddings.
Cooking instructions for Rice Pudding:
- Place approx 50g pudding rice in a pan with 1 pint milk, 2 tbsp sugar and flavouring.
- Bring to boil then lower to a gentle simmer for 45 mins, stir occasionally.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool. This will thicken the pudding.
- Serve warm or cold.
