Use Ferns Butter Chicken Paste to make a delicious, fragrant and authentic curry.

Suitable for Vegans and Vegetarians
Free from artificial colours and flavouring.

Butter Chicken:

Ingredients Required:

  • 3 tsp Butter Chicken Paste
  • 500g boneless chicken pieces
  • 1 red pepper
  • 125g chilled butter
  • 250g tin of chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 40g single cream

Method:

  1. Marinade the chicken in butter chicken paste for 2 hrs.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry chicken for 5 mins.
  3. Place chicken in oven proof dish and add tomatoes, peppers, paprika and chicken stock.
  4. Place in oven for 35mins.
  5. When cooked remove chicken from sauce and add the butter and cream, stir off heat.
  6. Pour sauce over chicken and serve.

Ingredients: Water, Chilli Powder, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Fenugreek Powder, Cumin Powder, Ginger Powder, Garlic Powder, Acetic Acid, Cinnamon powder, Cardamom Powder.
