Use Ferns Butter Chicken Paste to make a delicious, fragrant and authentic curry.

Butter Chicken:
Ingredients Required:
- 3 tsp Butter Chicken Paste
- 500g boneless chicken pieces
- 1 red pepper
- 125g chilled butter
- 250g tin of chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 40g single cream
Method:
- Marinade the chicken in butter chicken paste for 2 hrs.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry chicken for 5 mins.
- Place chicken in oven proof dish and add tomatoes, peppers, paprika and chicken stock.
- Place in oven for 35mins.
- When cooked remove chicken from sauce and add the butter and cream, stir off heat.
- Pour sauce over chicken and serve.
