Ferns Vindaloo Curry Paste

Use Ferns Vindaloo Curry Paste to make a delicious, fragrant and authentic curry.

Vindaloo Curry Recipe:

  • 3 tsp ferns vindaloo paste
  • 2 diced chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 4 chopped tomatoes
  • 200ml water

Method:

  1. heat the oil in a pan, add the chicken and ferns vindaloo paste.
  2. Fry for 5 mins and add the chopped tomatoes and water. Simmer for 15 mins.
  3. Serve.
  • Suitable for vegans & vegetarians.
  • Free from artificial colours & flavourings.
