Shopping List
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 diced onion
- 250-300g diced chicken
- 200g chopped canned tomatoes
- 1 pack geetas madras
Cooking Instructions: Serves 2-3
- stir fry onion in oil until brown.
- add chicken and cook until sealed.
- stir in paste and cook for 1-2 mins.
- add tomatoes and stir for 1-2 mins.
- add 100ml water, heat through, then simmer for 10-15 mins or until cooked.
