Geeta's Tikka Masala Curry Paste

80g Packet. Medium, Serves 2.

A medium tikka curry paste with tomatoes & exotic spices. Creates a delicious aromatic curry for 2.

Shopping List

• 1 tbsp oil
• 1 diced onion
• 250-300g diced chicken
• 200g chopped canned tomatoes
• 100ml single cream
• 1 pack geetas tikka

Cooking Instructions: Serves 2-3

1. stir fry onion in oil until brown.
2. add chicken and cook until sealed.
3. stir in paste and cook for 1-2 mins.
4. add tomatoes and stir for 1-2 mins.
5. add 100ml water and single cream, heat through, then simmer for 10-15 mins or until cooked.

Just as delicious with Lamb, Seafood or Vegetables.
