Hot Pot Base (Spicy Seasoning)

Easy to use paste, to use for an authentic base when creating your favourite Hot Pot dish.

Cooking Instructions: Mixing the seasoning with 600-700ml water (or bone broth for better flavour), and spring onions, ginger slices. Adding in meat and vegetables of your choice after boiling. Cook thoroughly then enjoy.
