Japanese Ready Udon Noodles

These Udon noodles are a traditional wheat based thick noodle.

Ready to use.

• Ideal for stir fries, salads and soups.
• Stirfry: Loosen noodles and add to your favourite stirfry and heat through.
• Soup: Place 1 and half cups of water in saucepan and bring to boil. Add noodles and cook for 3 mins. Add meat, vegetables and seasonings then serve.

Ingredients: wheat flour, water, tapioca, salt, acidity regulator e325, stabiliser e401, acidity regulator e270.
