I love this Kashmiri chilli powder because it adds flavour as well as heat, i use it in chilli con carne as well as curries to fine tune the heat of fresh chillies which can be unpredictable.
I'm clearly a lightweight as I had no idea it is classed as mild!!

Rick Steins key ingredient in many recipes, Kashmiri chilli was very difficult to find - BUT that was before I found the Asian Cookshop! Great Value and really great results, they also have all the other ingredients I need from Ricks book. Thankyou.

The Asian Cookshop's Kashmiri Chilli Powder offers great value and is a must use in my curries now! Gives a nice amount of heat and a wonderful red colour to my Rogan.
