Banana Fritter Batter Mix

Product of Thailand, this is an easy to prepare batter mix for banana fritters.

Recipe: Banana Fritters

1. dissolve contents of packet with 70-80ml cold water, mix thoroughly.
2. prepare 4 under-ripe bananas, slice a banana into 4 pieces lengthwise.
3. heat 120ml vegetable oil in a small skillet, bring to medium heat [175c].
4. coat sliced banana peces in batter thoroughly, place into hot oil, fry until golden brown on both sides.
5. rest the fried banana on kitchen tissue to absorb excess oil, serve hot.
