Country Style Red Curry Paste (Jungle Curry/Kaeng Par)

Kaeng Par is an extra hot Thai curry also known as Jungle curry or Country Style Red Curry. It adds chillies, spice, and pepper for its extra taste.

Method:
  1. Slice 250g beef or chicken.
  2. Heat a skillet and add contents of this packet and slice 250g meat or chicken. Stirfry until done. 
  3. Add 240ml water, bring to boil.
  4. Add some eggplant, bamboo shoot, kaffir lime leaf, basil leaf and chilli, bring to boil. 
  5. Add fish sauce to taste, serve with cooked rice.
Ingredients: soybean oil, chilli, shallot, garlic, lemongrass, wild ginger, salt, spices [white pepper, kaffir lime peel, galangal], shrimp paste.
