Mustard Oil
Pure Mustard Oil.
Mustard Oil is used extensively by Asians worldwide to give a distinct flavour to pickles and curries, especially in Bengali cuisine.
Due to Eu Regulations mustard oil now has to be marked "For External Use Only".
Ingredients: pure mustard oil.
- Size: 250ml, 500ml, 1ltr or 4ltr.
- Brand: TRS.
Stupid EU rules. Good for food.
Another inept EU regulation. This oil is an essential ingredient in lots of dishes. I can remember when olive oil in UK was only sold by the Chemist shop for external use. Yes check pre 1960.
This ‘external use’ regulation is another example of EU protectionism, to keep up olive oil sales.
Ignore the label and use it in cooking.
