Nam Prik Pao is excellent in thai food, a roasted red chilli paste often added to tom yum soup and ideal for stirfries, spreading and dipping. Medium hot red chilli paste is used as a cooking ingredient and used from jar as a dip, sandwich spread etc.
Can also be mixed with cooked rice or stir with fried rice.
Refrigerate after opening.
