Okra is also known as 'lady's fingers'  and are small green pod vegetables used extensively in Indian food, Caribbean and Asian cooking.

Directions: Drain brine, wash before cooking.

Tip - When cooking it's best not to cover Okra or add extra water whilst cooking as the extra liquid can give the vegetable a slimy texture - the asian cookshop
