Palm Sugar (Concentrated Coconut Palm Nectar)
Be aware of cheaper, lesser quality palm sugar which has other sugars added. Palm sugar is preferred for an array of Asian and Thai dishes.
From curries, baking, sweets, desserts and everyday cooking, palm sugar is the preferred sweetener in many Asian dishes.
Ingredients: coconut palm nectar, water, potassium sorbate, tartrazine.
