Papaya is a common meat tenderiser due to its papain content which is a natural tenderizer.

Ingredients: papaya, water, acetic acid, citric acid, salt, xanthan gum, sodium benzoate, sodium metabisulphite.

Refrigerate after opening.

Approx 3 tsp of papaya paste is sufficient to tenderise kilo meat, 2 to 3 tbsp per 1kg minced meat will soften and enhance taste and texture.
