Patra are curried taro/colocasia leaves stuffed with spices and gram flour. This is an Indian vegetarian speciality, hailing from Gujarat.
- Great as a starter or snack.
- Ready to heat and serve, simply slice patra and grill or fry.
Directions: Cut Patra, roll into slices, lightly fry or grill.
Ingredients: taro leaves, gram flour, water, natural palm sugar, sunflower oil, chilli, salt, ginger, coriander, coconut, cumin, turmeric, sesame seeds, asafoetida, acidity regulator acetic and citric acid.
