A North African speciality famously used in Moroccan cuisine. Hand picked lemons that are fragrant and full of flavour, they will transform any dish into something exquisite. Try using in tagines, stews or even salads, great with grilled fish or roast chicken.

Also known as 'Pickled Lemons' or 'Salted Lemon'.

Instructions: rinse lemon in cold water, slice or dice and use the skin only or if preferred the skin and flesh as required in your recipes.
