I love Premium Pu Erh Tea, i drink this atleast 4 times a day, its strong in taste thats because of the natural ingredients. I love to drink this tea atleast 1 hour before bed with a good diet and i see alot of difference to my weight every morning when i wake up! You should try thus if your looking to lose weight.

Cannot comment on other brands as I have only tried the Asian Cookshops ones - because they were the cheapest! Have been having two cups a day for two weeks now and am very impressed! It has an earthy smell and taste which isn't unpleasant. And I have also discovered that I am not retaining water nearly as much as before. So don't get me wrong I have lost loads of weight but the bloat has definitely gone. I have one cup in the morning with my breakfast and one in the evening with my dinner. It is recommended that people that take HRT don't have more than 3 cups a day as it could interfere with the medication. So two cups is all I am having and my energy levels seem to be better too. I look forward to my cup of Pu Erh Tea as it definitely helps digestion. Thanks Asian Cookshop! (best price on the net too!)
