Dal Makhani is a cooked lentil curry made from Urad dal and Red Kidney beans, simmered in a creamy gravy with spices.

Just Heat & Stir!
Pour contents of the pouch into a saucepan. Heat through for 4 - 5 minutes while continuously stirring OR cut the top of the pack to make a 2cm vent and stand upright on a microwaveable plate. Heat on full/high power for 2 minutes (850W microwave). Leave to stand for 30 seconds before serving. Pour onto a plate and stir.
