Shan Chicken Tikka (mix for BBQ chicken)

Recipe for Chicken Tikka: 

Ingredients required:

• chicken skinless 1.5kg.
• lemon juice 8 tbsp.
• cooking oil 6 tbsp.
• shan chicken tikka mix one packet.

Method:

• mix shan mix, lemon juice and 2tbsp oil and apply on chicken pieces, marinate for 3 hours +.
• put each portion of chicken on skewer and place on low heat of grill.
• grill evenly each side until tender and done.
• apply butter before removing from heat.

Allergen advice: may contain traces of sulphite, sesame, mustard, gluten and tree nuts.

Ingredients: salt, red chilli, paprika, turmeric, aniseed, cinnamon, cumin, brown cardamom, black pepper, star aniseed, ginger, garlic, dried papaya powder, maltodextrin, hydrolyzed soy protein, cane sugar, canola oil, citric acid, humectant: sodium phosphate, anticaking agent: silicon dioxide.
